Costco,
Also if you puchase gift card online to use in store or online. I buy digital online then transfer to physical gift card in store. Keep in Google wallet copy of gift card to scan at checkout.

I've taken advantage of a rotating 5% warehouse category in the past in Discover, and maxed it at $1500 in Costco gift cards. They lasted roughly 9 months at the rate we shop there.
Paypal Offers has been giving me 5% back at Walmart for a couple months now. The offer needs to be activated in Paypal before each use but it keeps coming back for more uses.
Paying via Paypal on the website with an Amex BCE gives another 3% back (online shopping category). You can purchase things directly or buy physical gift cards for in-store shopping (which also work at Sam's Club!). Free shipping when the order is at least $35, even if it's only a gift card.
Not sure how long this will last but 8% cashback is the minimum I'm expecting at Walmart right now...
Great tip. This might beat case scenario then if you can buy gift card online quickly and use in store for 5.25% back
@PullingMeSoftly interesting. I didnt know about tUpgrade Cash Rewards Elite Visa
Do you know if the Life Rewards with 3% on grocery gets 3% at Costco? Would be great if it coded same as Venmo card

Sure, at a cost of $95 per year which means it's not 3%.
Yes, but first year af is waived and they paid a $250 bribe to take it. It also pays 6% for two stores, I picked Amazon and Walmart.
I plan to pc it to cash+ when af comes due. The 4% smarty sounds great, but I don't plan on tieing up $100,000 with them.

Costco online doesn't accept Discover anymore. But you were smart while it lasted. I haven't found anything that beats the 5.25% BofA CCR. Other than discounted e- Costco shop cards off site.

Understood @FicoMike0 , but a year goes by fast. I'm on the fence with the 4% Smartly but I am leaning toward the tie up $100k side, lol.
