I think other than a few very specific situations (i.e. Costco) it really doesn't matter. Visa and MC are interchangeable 99% of the time.

The main 3 cards I currently use on the regular happen to all be MasterCards. Should I also carry a Visa or do you guys think It’s no big deal?
I don’t typically carry debit cards unless I know I will be few hours from home. My local bank accepts contactless payment so I could always use my phone to get money out if it came to it.
The risk of a network outage is very small (which is why the recent Visa one in Europe got so much press). So you have to weigh that against the "cost" of carrying a Visa. I wonder how it compares to the risk of carrying metal cards in case you are struck by lightening!

I certainly wouldn’t carry a wallet full of MasterCards... but that’s just me. Although anecdotal, I have ran into more situations than I would’ve guessed when Visa and Mastercard weren’t simultaneously accepted. Parking garages have been the glaring example that quickly comes to mind, in my experience.
Regardless, if carrying all Mastercards hasn’t been an issue for you yet, it’s unlikely to suddenly become an issue going forward. I also agree with LTL regarding network outages.
I have never run into a place that doesn't take MC.

I'd be more concerned about only carrying cards from the same lender.
Well 2 of the cards I carry just happen to be from the same lender (citi)
Maybe I should swap the DC out with Fidelity Visa?

Definitely understandable. I've personally never ran into a place that doesn't take Mastercards (I dont shop at Costco). I guess the possible network outage is a concern although its very less likely to happen.

I, too, have both. Although I believe the Citi Double Cash is a better card with its very competitive benefits offering, Fidelity is still a decent option if the higher redemption threshold isn’t going to be an issue.
