Any issues with Invest with Rewards Charles Schwab AMEX ?

Has anyone had Any issues with Invest with Rewards Charles Schwab AMEX ? it is giving me an error after I type all my info in.

What type of issue are you currently experiencing? Cashing out?

Cashing out, I called any the representive told me that I was the 2nd person to call about it today and like the 10th person to call about having cashing out MR's today.

Sounds like it is one of those times where redemptions are not working but it typically works again after a little time. Doctor of Credit has a post history on when there were enough people reporting the issue

I'll test it on my wife's card later with a small redemption and report back if I encounter any problems

Yeah, I saw that as well when I went searching for the link. I posted the link as more a reference that this is not the first time this has happened and probably won't be the last either

It's irritating- I did open a "ticket" with American Express, they asked for a screenshot and all. Will see !

I did a small redemption a few months ago, and instead of showing up a little while later like usual (as in, an hour or so) it went into the void.  I had already decided to just forget about it (and forget about renewing the Schwab Platinum card) but about three weeks (!) later the funds "miraculously" showed up in my Schwab investment account.

By poking around over on Reddit I found out others had similar issues during that same time frame.

I know this has nothing to do with your specific issue, but I'm sharing since it appears the 'Invest with Rewards' process can be quite glitchy at times.

(I've done another redemption since and it was fine, i.e. funds showed up in about an hour or so.)
