I am facing a large purchase for medical equipment and hope to be able to transfer it to a 0% balance transfer No fee card.

I'm reasonably sure every card will have a fee associatd with a balance transfer, but I'm assuming you mean no annual fee?
Bank of America Bankamericard, 0% APR for 18 months with a 3% fee <- My choice
Citi Diamond, 0% APR for 21 months with a 5% fee <- Another option

By the way, depending on how large the purchase is, it might make sense to open a separate card for a sign up bonus first, then transfer to a 0% APR balance transfer card. E.g. Chase Ink Business Unlimited $750 on $7,500 spend, even if you transfer $7,500 to Bankamericard at 3% you're still up $525

Traditional banks typically have BT fees associated with such promotions, but a plethora of credit union CCs do not have BT fees.
OP, you may want to research around to see whether any specific CUs (evn in your local area) have any running BT promotions sans fees. Only thing, the great majority will be for 12 months in duration. Do you currently belong to any CUs?

I do have a Chase Ink Visa Signature that is the old business card. Will look and see what can find out about using it, but don't think I can.
Thank you, @FinStar. Will be sure to check the credit unions.
A few years ago, I had a balance transfer offer with no fee for moving the balances I want to move. So that is what I am looking for. No transfer fee and 0% for X months. That one spoiled me forever.

NFCU has a card like that, if you qualify for membership.
Many other credit unions also offer similar cards.

Another way to accomplish saving on interest is looking at cards with "0% introductory APR for the first X billing cycles on purchases".
The FNBO Evergreen has O% on purchases for 12 months, 2% cash back & $200 SUB for $1000 spend over first 3 statements.
Soft pull pre-qualify, they give a CL the computer thinks you will get approved for.
A lot of CU cards have 0 on purchases, others 0 on balance transfer and a few even have 0 on both.
Let us know your location and then members can suggest local CU's to look at.
With your scores I think you have a lot of choices, give us just a little more info and we can provide better answers

The best place to look for that type of card is credit unions.
There are many platinum, non-rewards cards which permanently have no balance transfer fee, and some of them offer 0% introductory APR promos on these cards. Here's an example, from BECU: https://becu.org/everyday-banking/credit-card/visa
