NFCU has a card like that, if you qualify for membership.
Many other credit unions also offer similar cards.
I do have an NFCU card, but don't believe they are offering balance transfers, but will check. Thank you.

Another way to accomplish saving on interest is looking at cards with "0% introductory APR for the first X billing cycles on purchases".
The FNBO Evergreen has O% on purchases for 12 months, 2% cash back & $200 SUB for $1000 spend over first 3 statements.
Soft pull pre-qualify, they give a CL the computer thinks you will get approved for.
A lot of CU cards have 0 on purchases, others 0 on balance transfer and a few even have 0 on both.
Let us know your location and then members can suggest local CU's to look at.
With your scores I think you have a lot of choices, give us just a little more info and we can provide better answers
I am in the DFW area of Texas. Thank you. What other information can I provide, please.

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) offers no balance transfer fees, 0% APR for 12 months for both of their cards.
As a Texas resident, you automatically qualify for membership.

I am in CA, so my local CU info is of no use.
However I am sure the MyFico community has members from Texas.
My questions would be:
1. Would the medical equipment be easily purchased with a credit card where zero APR for a year would be equivalent to a balance transfer? If yes then you have more options of cards and can look at subs, rewards and maybe save more than just with a balance transfer card.
2. If needing a balance transfer, many institutions only have card to card and a few have where the balance can be sent to your checking. Is there considerable savings by you paying from a checking or cash as opposed to putting charges on a card.? If yes this will make the list a lot smaller, less institutions will send direct to checking or print a check.
3. After the one time use of this card and it's promo of zero balance or zero APR, is having a low APR card or another rewards card of more value to you?
With out knowing your cards and where you spend your money we have no real way of knowing if you need a BECU like @SouthJamaica suggested or a good 5% rotating with 15/months of zero APR on purchases. (Discover IT), or something with good general spend rewards.
If you have good income, low/no inquiries, good ficos and want two cards. You have options like @1LostArk said, a large sub and then a balance transfer card.
A list of current cards would help members maybe point out holes in your line up for a good new card. Info on # of inquiries, average CL, and
if you have been gardening or seeking a lot of credit lately might also help. How much are we talking in equipment (5k,10k, more)? Will you be able to pay off in 12 months or do you need 15+.
The more you share the better the answers will be.

As mentioned up thread, you've got a few options.
My thoughts... open a new card with a sign up bonus... make purchase that qualifies for bonus...then open a Platinum card with NFCU. (even if you already have one... you can have two!) A NEW NFCU Platinum card will come with a zero fee, zero BT fee offer.
Good luck to you!

Thank you so much. And thanks for the good luck.
Just adding another option. Wells Fargo has their Reflect Card. This is a 21-month 0% (18 mo with a 3 mo extension for on-time pmts.) Has a 3% BT fee. (for 120 days then 5% )Any balance transfers made within 120 days qualify for the intro rate and fee. However, what I like about this offer is that the 0% into rate also applies to purchases, so maybe you could just purchase the medical equipment on this card and avoid any transfer fees?
Just my .02 worth.
