Anyone else get the notice in the mail from Macy's?

I got a notice yesterday that the club. Jewelry, and major purchase accounts will be merged into the regular revolving trade line. The credit lines and balances will be merged into one in the first week of August.

It's been a discussion on here for a couple months and we all have been opening and asking for CLI's on all these accounts with the hope that with the merger we would end up with one huge line...

I have not received my Macy's letter yet but I did get the same letter from Boomingdale's yesterday.

I didn't get the letter but I just opened a Macy's charge. Then after opening it I added a Special Events line. And today I added a Club line. I've made purchases on each of the lines so now I have a small balance on revolving and additional balances on SE and Club. Someone here mentioned their letter stated that if the club and special events lines were not in use they wouldn't necessarily be folded into the revolving line.

I'll be real interested in seeing how everyone's accounts report in August. `

I received my letter in the mail as well. I am very curious about what will happen in July/August.  I am hoping that opening the club and special event accounts will be as beneficial as we are hoping for !
