I didn't get this but I am interested. Is cash redemption a 1:1 ratio? Does anyone know?

Yes, this card is a "true" 5% card, for those 6 months.  There are three versions, points, which is capped at 125K points per year, a cash one which is uncapped and a home equity one, where the cash rewards are applied against your (WF) mortgage.

Once my 5x TYP expires, I will go for this or the TD Card, if either still has the offer.

Re: Anyone else get this from WF?

Would me having a WF mortgage help my chances any? My credit is a little shake. CH7 BK 5 years ago

Re: Anyone else get this from WF?

From discussions on other forums, it seems that applications need to be in person. So having a mortgage with hem would certainly give you a reason to pop in and see if you're pre-approved.

Longtime, were you involved with the discussion on the other thread re: MS? Someone there also mentioned a mortgage... Thoughts on that?

Re: Anyone else get this from WF?

On FT, I asked if anyone could think of dangers of MS on this card given that I have a WF mortgage, and no-one could think of any.  Still makes me a LITTLE nervous, but not enough to stop me!  But I will go with the TD card first if that is still around in March when my Citi card ends.
