Anyone else having issues with GE online accts???

I have 3 GE cards....gap, JCP, and Walmart.  When I first got these cards I set up online accounts so I could check them and receive online statements. have no issues with card online gap acct, but the other card accts im unable to get my statements!!! I've called customer service and they are at at loss.... They say, " I see right here that you're enrolled online and signed up to get your statements online". The manager had no clue either. So, I've had two statements from both Walmart and JCP, and not received them or have any record of them. Online I click on statements and every single time I "enrolled " in electric statements, it says I did, but then kicked me out and I have to do it all over again!!!! Meantime, I have no statements!!**bleep** !!!! Sooooo frustrated!!

how old are the accounts; takes a couple of cycles before the statement appears online.

I've had 2 statements in all 3 accts... My gap card, was able to see statement after first one! The other two, nothing!!

All the cards are like a little over 2 months old

Do you PIF before statement cuts? If that's the case a statement will not be generated. Zero statement balance = no statement. At least that's the case with my wife's Lowes and CareCredit accounts. I'm assuming all GE accounts operate the same way.

When talking to the supervisor on the phone, he assured me a statement should be generated regardless , even if there's a purchase and a payment on the cycle, even if pif before statement cuts. My gap card was pif before statement cut and it generated a statement.

I have a few GE accts and they don't generate statements when I have a 0 balance.  I just doubled check my JCP and in the list there is no March statement because I had a 0 balance.
