Not that I'm aware of; closest would be one who'll consider CLI's about that often with a soft pull.  I think BofA falls into that category, more or less. 

None of my other cards do, so I'll have to let members with more knowledge about CapOne, Juniper, et al., put in their 2 cents.

oh your right! but they were in my bk, they weren't even in my bk, but when they got the filing, they threw themselves into my bk I miss them!

and for BofA, I'm trying to pay that card off now so that I might qualify for these frequent CLI. Mine stays paid off, but my auth one has bt on it.
