Anyone else not have your Barclay account report to Experian April 2014?

Happy Weekend FicoFamily -

Just wondering if anyone else hasn't had their Barclay account report to Experian for the month.  It has ALWAYS been the first one to update, then EQ, then finally TU about a week later.  Statement closed on 04/10/14 - EQ updated & TU updated but so far, nada for Experian.  Really wish it would already as it's the last one to report for the month & there is a significant balance change, etc. that I guarantee will raise me up!  Need this TL to update obviously!!!

Well, it BETTER raise me up! Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

Thanks in advance - hopefully it isn't "just me" and I'll call Barclays later pending the responses.  Thank you all again

Yes I am in the same boat. Barclays has updated as usual on EQ and TU but nothing for EX this month. Do not know if it is a Barclays issue or EX issue, but my Discover closed yesterday and has already updated on EX, as well with all my other cards this month.

I got off the phone with them this morning and they've put a SECOND manual update request through to Experian.  I'm just speculating here however once I (finally) got to the right department and right person, she basically said "Is Experian the one that didn't update?" prior to me even getting that far into the conversation.  Like I said, I'm just speculating, but based on that verbiage & how the overall conversation went, this leads me to believe it is a 'known' problem with some of us this month.  While I was on the phone, she had me fax what IS reporting w/EXP & once she saw it was 2 months behind, she said I'm pushing another manual through as this isn't just one month but TWO months behind now.

She told me to give it until Wednesday & if nothing happens by then, contact her again.  I asked if this was being done electronically or via fax, since it is "out-of-cycle", and she stated it's being done electronically through E-Oscar.  I didn't even know E-Oscar could be used for "non-dispute" (AUD) related account management so I HOPE it doesn't end up showing "Consumer Disputes"!!!  Apparently, now that I've read it too, E-Oscar can be used for "Off-Cycle" reporting/updates even if they are not disputes or true ACDV's.  Either way, least I know the AUD has been resent a second time...

Of ALL months for it to mess up too - especially since I'm really tired of seeing "799" as the score - SERIOUSLY? JUST GIMME THE DANG POINT TO GIVE ME 800!!!  I'm convinced they're trying to find ANYTHING to prevent that one measly point LOLOL.

Will update if need be; hopefully this will work & I'll hit 800 finally!  My luck, I'll end up going down for some strange reason.  2% util - cannot beat that - but could also not be 'enough' to join the 800 club for a few days.

Thanks for your reply too BTW - you take it easy!

It has got to the point where I don't even want an "Off Cycle" this month now due to current balance that will show.

It won't be "current" info; it will be what your last statement showed.  They're only "manually updating" the existing data that would have otherwise been updated through the monthly process.

Yeah my Sallie Mae has updated on both TU and EQ but not EX this month.  I don't really care tbh but EX generally updates first for me.

My Barclays seems slow to update on EX as well.  I don't remember if it was also slow last month, but I think it may have been.  Statement cut on the 17th and EQ and TU have already updated.   I have also seen two other credit cards reach statement date since Barclays and both have already updated on EX... so it is an issue specific to Barclays.  Hopefully, it will update before the end of the month, since I had some new apps planned.

Amex ED $19.5k - BoA Travel Rewards $15k - CSP $5k - SDFCU EMV $15k - NFCU goRewards $20k - Barclays Arrival $6.5k

Mine finally updated this morning as well.  At least they advised correctly - and hopefully next month will be back to normal.  It was nice waking up to an alert as well as a nice bump in the score too! Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

Thank you all for your input on this - have a great day my fico family!!!
