Don't know about that, BCG, a lot of cards want to see that you are using their card frequently before they give you more than a minimum CLI. It's true that CCC's make money off of charging you interest and (shudder) late fees, but they also make money on transaction fees. Every time you use it, they benefit.
You want to think of yourself as a business partner of your CCC's. There should be some mutual benefits going on to keep both sides happy.
Now if you've had a card for a year, and you've used it, and paid it, and done your part, and they're not holding up their end, then definitely, put that one on ice, until they decide if they want to do their part or not!
