Anyone get lucky with a Chase CLI w/out having a hard pull?

Just wondering...it seams darn near impossible!

A couple of years ago, a Chase rep told me that all CLI requests involve hard pulls.

I recently asked for and received a Chase Freedom CLI 11k - 15k.  It was a hardpull via Experian.

When I got my Chase VW Platinum Visa, the CS rep said any CLIs would be a hard pull.  Also, on the website, it states that you authorize Chase to check your credit, blah blah.

So, I think it is ALWAYS a hard pull with Chase.
