Just activated my jcpenny mastercard today and recieved a cli of 1,500 without even asking which was nice but what stinks about this mastercard it is considered a new account with jcpenny account to be closed, I wish that was not the case.....

Just received the JCP Platinum MC card today (8/18). Upon calling for activation, I also received a $1K CLI.

Be careful, once you activate the new card, it will show up as a new tradeline, and the old card will be closed Smiley Sad
