Yes. The Venture Card. I app'd for one 30 days ago & got a 20k SL. Then just did it again & got the exact same card with the same SL. Can be done. I will say I did check their site for a pre-approval before I app'd for the second. And I didn't realize they were exactly 30 days apart!
There are a bunch....bunch of forum members with 2 of the same cards
Double rewards intentionally app'ed for
I have two Quicksilver Ones. One was a product change from a platinum card.
I have two of the same card but on different networks, they're in my sig. I'll be going for more BBR card(s) later this year.
Keep trying, they will eventually give it to you. Arrival will be second after Sapphire for me.
In 2013:
I applied for the Cap1 Platinum(annual fee $39)---Instant approval 500 limit
A month later, I applied for the Platinum(annual fee $19)---Instant approval 500 limit.
Cards were upgraded to Quicksilver and Quicksilver One respectively. I got rid of Quicksilver One in 2015. Couple months later, applied for 2nd Quicksilver. Instant approval. 3,000 limit.
In 2013:
I applied for the Discover IT---Instant approval. 2,000 limit
In 2015:
I applied for 2nd Discover IT---Told to call in. Approved 3,000.
My 2 Double Cash are upgrades(formerly Dividend & Thank You Preferred gotten in 2013 and 2014. respectively).
I will be going for a 2nd Sallie Mae in the future.

My question (since my second QS1 is on its way) is how do you tell them apart? Do you just remember the numbers on the card or put a sticker on it or do you only carry one of them? I think ky second QS1 might stay in the safe so I don't get them confused.
I have 2 Quicksilver MC's. 1 was a platinum card (formerly Orchard Bank) upgrade, the other was a QS1 upgrade. I don't carry them with me, but they are marked by the last 4 on my very detailed budget spreadsheet. They also have 2 different CL's so that's another distinguishing factor. I really hope that Capital One will combine limits at some point soon. I'm not a fan of 2 of the same card.
