Thank you, Do you know if you can use in-store for firearms etc...
Sportsmans Guide offers a 4-pay plan, that seems very similar. I believe their plan is only online. The say they can run a credit check (doesn't say if it's HP or SP), but I used it last week, and nothing's on my report.

My-Fako if you read the terms I believe it says online only. I'm my state that means no firearms as it has to be face to face. However I had both of my orders shipped to the store so I didn't have to pay shipping. So I guess you could buy online and pickup at the store
Actually, you can't technically buy ANY firearm online. Most of the chains will sell it to you, but it has to be transferred to a local firearms dealer, and a transfer fee has to be paid.
And it's worse than that. I live in the middle of nowhere and everything worth going to is in the next state over. NO ONE there can sell me a handgun, even face-to-face, it has to be transferred to a dealer in my home state. You can buy (and transport) longguns out-of-state, but not handguns.

A user here just posted they got HP'd when they opted for this payment plan, I would check carefully.

OzMan- get a concealed pistol license for the state you visit then you can. I live in WA, I have a licenses from Washington, Oregon and Utah. This allows me carry privileges in 37 States but it also allows me to walk out with the pistol with no cool down period. I buy firearms in other States frequently and always leave the store with the firearm.
If this is a handgun it is a violation of Federal Law. All handguns must be transferred by a dealer in the purchaser's state of residence. Long guns can be purchased in another state if both the purchasers state of residence and state in which the purchase is made allow it, some states do not.
