Anyone w/ a BK showing, get a store card upgrade??

Finstar brought up a good point to me earlier in a previous post.  So, NOW my question is this....

Anyone w/ a BK profile showing, get an upgrade offer from a store card to their MC/ VS version, for example... Walmart store card to their MasterCard? If you did, how old was your BK, and what was your score roughly at time of the offer/ acceptance??  Thanks!!!

9 yr old bk 7---- NO to Meijer Card by GE then Comenity- CLI to 2000+ Store Card....

NO to Dillards Card by GE then WF CLI to 4000+ Store Card

NO to Walmart by GE CLI to 2000+, but do have Sam's MC, which I think might also be a block to upgrade.

Also, I know when times were better a few years ago, a prime group that got upgraded to Credit Cards were people that had mostly pretty inactive store cards, and it was a way for the Credit Card company to get some benefit from the card. This was done with a lot of gas "store" cards.

Dismissed Chapter 13, was 8 years old when upgraded to Nordstrom Visa ( had the store card less than a year)

ETA:  BK only on my EQ report which is what Nordstrom used during applications, subsequent approvals and apr reductions.  Now, they are using EXP
