So Revelate, are you saying it would be better to add new accounts earlier rather than later?
IF you are planning to pick them up for use, and you can qualify now: absolutely yes.
Additional positive history, all negative effects aging now rather than later. There's some exceptions like if you're thinking even possible mortgage in the next year, sit on your hands... but otherwise pick up your cards in small bunches if they make sense.
Like for example if I do actually switch to Amex and away from Chase UR, I'd be opening a Schwab Platinum, BBP (which admittedly doesn't report to personal) and one of the Hilton cards presumably and I'd try to do that all at once if Amex would let me. Single lender though that's harder than multiple ones, but my spending is becoming more concentrated with changes in the market.

I wish I got that. I just get the couple selection options as I listed above, it doesn’t show the underlying information.
Update to iOS 13.

@Saeren is there maybe a setting I need to adjust somewhere?
I didn't have to enable anything, it was automatic in Safari starting in iOS 13.
It also shows up in Chrome and has done so as long as I can remember, going back to at least iOS 12.
If it's a card that will be part of your daily driver collection and you have a good chance of approval, go for it sooner rather than later. Of course if you have multiple cards fall into that category, some prioritization and strategization will help you.
In fact, knowing how FICO scores work and how your profile appears to each invidual lender is a part of that strategy.
However, if you are just in it for subs only and don't necessarily have long term plans for the cards you apply for, I would say one card every few months to a year is a good tentative idea. I am in that group. I don't need any more credit cards, but I want more subs. I am pacing myself to get the subs I want without burning through spend or annoying the lenders too much.

Well here’s my two cents. IF you want to add cards I think it should be done in a 12 month cycle because it maximizes your score. You’re AOYA penalty is gone. The HP penalty is gone, therefore you’ve gotten your major bumps.
If you do it at six months, you haven’t got your twelve-month bump. You’re leaving points on the table that might get you a better APR or SL.
But that’s again IF you need cards; if you don’t then there’s no reason to apply.
