Apple Barclays CLI Questions

Ive had this Apple Barclays card for a couple years now and have recieved 2 auto CLI. It started at $2300, bumped to $3300 and then to $4300 where it stands now. I havent got any love in a long while and I was wondering about a manual CLI...?

1. Im pretty sure its a hard pull...anyone know which bureau they pull?

2. It asks how much you want...if you shoot for the sky, will they recon? Do you have to be careful with how much you ask for?

It is a hard pull. I believe they used transunion when they pulled mine. Not sure about the recon.

You reconned your manual CLI request? For more or because it was declined completely?

Actually when I did my credit line increase i was approved. I asked for a 1500 increase.

+1. When you are on the site just hit the "Request a credit line increase button". Yes its a hard pull and they pulled TU for me too (I'm in Fl).

Ok cool if its on TU...

How does the "requested amount" work? Just shoot sky high and they will counter or if you shoot to high they will just say "no, goodbye!"

Yikes! Well, ive had two $1000 CLI's automatically with this card...do you think its reasonable to ask for $1000 then and not get some person calling me? lol

I have a $4300 limit right now...what if i asked for $700 to make it an even $5000? I dont really wanna deal with someone calling and grilling me...

I think 700 - 1000 might be instant approval if uve used ur account well and paid well and at least 6 months from ur last cli...gl!
