Hi guys! I was just looking over my reports and noticed something I haven't seen before. It now has listed 3rd party supplemental information pulled By Apple. I did the preapproval for the 🍏 card and it was a denial score they used was 627 fico 9 I believe. I kind of expected that, but did not expect then to pull chexsystem and something called core logic inc. I know they have the steps to 🍏 program and there's not a ton of info on that yet since it's newer. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so were you invited to the program, how long after applying did you get the invite and did they use supplemental info? I'm leaning towards it being used for the denial but hoping it was to offer the steps program. Sorry for all the questions recently it I am new to this and so far I love the fico forums. I now know more than 90% of the people I'm around daily because of you all!!! I appreciate everyone's help!
Can someone tell me how to delete this post l? I did it in the wrong place.
I also noticed that when I did the prequalified app through them it shows as a soft pull not once but twice in the same day? Any insight?

You can hit the 3 dots next to your name, select report inappropriate content, and ask that it be moved to the correct subforum.
CoreLogic has always been pulled for GS AppleCard. It's a supplemental report from TU that holds quite a bit of info on you.
I tried to look but didn't see anyone else mention it. It's just standard then?
I'll flag the thread for you as I see you also created one on the same topic over in the Credit Cards forum.

There were DP in the main AppleCard thread. Yes, it's standard and pulled for everyone.
It gathers info from all bureaus, and also includes rental/mortgage history, as well as utilities payments and more.
A better explanation can be found here.
It is completely normal as others have mentioned. I wasn't interested in getting the card, but have done the application just to see what limit and APR I would be offered. Interestingly, when I saw the info when pulling my credit reports I noticed that I had a checking inquiry from BECU (the sole item on the report) although I only opened a share account with them. I did not and will not dispute it since I'm not opening DDA accounts where excessive accounts would matter, but would not have even known about it without the Apple app.
