It's just the cash back you earn from using your card. Apple and GS refer to it as Daily Cash Back. Unlike most cards that pool your points for a billing cycle, the cash back post within a day of your purchase and can be used anytime.

You can see all your offers on the card in the mobile wallet. Just click the 3 dots on the card and then click 'daily cash'. If you have any offers, they'll be listed under the 'Get More from Apple Card' section. As mentioned above, you can also get emailed these offers. I don't always get emailed, even when I have the offers. They can also be late with the emails. I just received the email for the 'Gas' offer today (09/16), even though I saw the offer on 09/05.
