Applied for GAP and AE Wait?!?!

I applied for a GAP and and AE and they could not pull up my app to see if I was approved and all they said "it is in review"? I have other GE account and I don't have to wait I answer a few questions and I'm approved, why the wait for GAP?

I will be after this! They did not even pull credit very strange. I want the visa so that I can get rid of Credit One.
