Really doesnt matter in this case. The benefit of applying in bank is if you have a personal banker ($10K in deposits or more) and you need their help pushing your application thru. They cannot waive the Annual Fee (it will not be waived for anyone) or give you a bigger bonus right now Occasionally you'll see in branch offers that are bit bigger bonuses but that wont be the case with a card that just comes out.
