Applying for AMEX after credit update

Waiting on my credit card company to update my card balance. They report on the 19th of every month, does anyone know how long I should wait untill I apply for new credit? Next month, or anytime after the 19th?

Here it is:

Income 60k

I have an auto loan (1 1/2 years out of 5); cap one card (11 mos), and small student loan (6 years)

Current : 

TU: 664

Experian: 701

EQ: 666 (yikes)

1 Charge off of $1200 from chase 6+ years ago. Only shows on Transunion. Credit should be 710-746 after card update (low limit $750).

I would wait at least a week after the 19th.

Is the cap1 card your only open CC account ?

Yeah, Ive had it 10 mos. Did a lot of credit repair since then.

People have varying success with AMEX when applying with short history, you might want to wait until the one year mark.

What AMEX were you looking to apply for?

It's hard to say exactly. It usually takes at least 1 week for all 3 CRs to update. If you're going to app, you should probably pull your CR first just to check and be sure you know what's on there and that your CC balance has updated.

Thanks for all the advice guys...going to try Zynx then if approved apply for the basic Delta. I like travel rewards and figure that the next easiest amex to get
