Applying for Chase Freedom with thin file. What should I do?

Chase appears to be loosening up on their Freedom underwriting at least, and it absolutely is a foot in the door and should be looked at in that perspective.  Think going to add a Hail Mary Chase app to go with my Hail Mary Amex app in December, I'm not going to quibble at a $500 CL if I get approved.

My sister was approved for a chase Freedom with $3,000  CL and she only had one authorized user account with CapOne with a $750 limit that was less than 4 years old.
