Applying for Chase Rewards

I'll try and breakdown the situation as best I can.  I want to apply for the Chase Rewards so I could use it on my vacation at the end of July, but not sure when I should do it.

Currently MyFico reports my score as 716.

I had a total credit limit of $32,150.00.  I was at about 37% utilization.   On Saturday I paid off my PNC Rewards card which was only a couple of months old and had about $11,000 balance.   The due date is the 17th of this month.

When would be best for me to apply for Chase Rewards?  I don't want to chance not getting it or getting a higher availability.

Thanks

Re: Applying for Chase Rewards

For best results, wait until the PNC rewards card reports the updated balance to the CRBs.

Re: Applying for Chase Rewards

Any idea when that will be?  Does it happen to all 3 reports at the same time?

Thanks!

Also, in the past year I have gotten a city card, PNC Rewards and Care Credit.

Re: Applying for Chase Rewards

If unsure, I would suggest calling PNC and asking them what is your statement closing date. Experian usually updates the next day; Equifax a couple of days after Exp, and TU sometimes a week after the statement closing date...BTW, what is a chase rewards card? Never heard of it...
