Well if it's no longer showing apply for any prim card you wish to have. I don't have any prime cards i'm in the rebuilding stage myself waiting for my last Chapter 13 to fall off my TU CR next month but i'm gonna try to hold off 2 years before i apply for any prime cards i have like 7 new acounts that need to age.

Also if your BK is totally off your CR when you apply for any new credit i don't think they can tell you filed a BK cause it's totally gone.

Re: Applying??

Discharged is not deleted. It means that as of march of 2005 the debts included in the BK are no longer collectable. BK can show on credit reports for up to ten years (2015).

I definitely knew that!! I am just wondering if at some point it would be ok to try to get a prime card. If not, maybe I will just get another Cap One card and maybe a 10K+ CL. I don't really give a crap who the card is with. They are all the same!!

Wrong if it's a Chapter 13 it's deleted 7 years after the file date not after the discharge. I was discharged from my Chapter October 2006 an my last bk that's on my TU CR will be deleted next month.
