I'm rebuilding my credit and was approved for an NFCU credit card but with a starting limit of 1k, can I ask for a higher limit to start or should I wait until my 6 month mark?
Starting Score: EX649/EQ637/TU611
You can ask. My husband received a 1.5k increase before he received the card. He was originally approved for 2.5k, now he's at 4k. He got the card in june

Oh, I see. YIKES! That will be 2 HP's within days of each other 
Any CLI request even when you jsut got approved is considered as a request for cresti, as such they will do another HP most likely.
How do I know? Happened to me
