I have been gardening for 6 months and I'm due for CLIs on my Discover IT, Amex BCE, Cap One PMC, and Walmart store cards. 3 of those cards SP my CR every month to show me my FICO score on every statement. My statement also shows which date they were pulled. My question is: when I apply for the CLI, will they (the ccc's) look at the last SP they performed and base their judgement from that, or will they instantanteously generate a new SP once I request the CLI? I've just optimized the balances on my accounts with 3 cc's reporting 0 balance and 1 reporting 9% util, but they won't appear on my CR until the first week in May. The answer to my question will determine the date in which I will do my CLI requests. Thanks so much, I look forward to your help.

They typically will use the most recent SP.
In terms of Walmart, it seems like they go by time. 4 motns between Cli's seems to be the trick. Try the Luv button, you should get a CLI after 6 months.
Spelling Error sorry. I would hit the Luv button at Walmart today, it is a SP. The only time I ever got a Auto CLI was after 2 months of opening account. After that, it is 4 months between CLI's, not matter your score. Good Luck
