Are the Navy Federal Prequalify recommendations Accurate

Clicked on loan credit card section on the site in middle of page clicked prequalify, logged in and then it gave me 5 cards. I already have 2 of them.

How accurate is the prequalifiction ?

I didn't know they added an online prequal tool... (prequal in general is new - was only available over the phone and that is only a few months old) so can't speak to the accuracy of it.  But, you probably prequal for all the cards -- and since they allow you to have 2 of the same card, it makes sense that you'd also prequal for the 2 you already have -  just in case you want seconds.

Where exactly did you see this on the site?  I'm looking and I don't see it....

Wow, that's new! Go to the credit card list under loans & credit cards and scroll down.

Interesting. It says I'm prequalified for all of their cards even after asking for my income and housing. I would be skeptical since my exposure is already past my income and the Flagship would add another $5K minimum. 

There also appear to be no SUBs attached to the prequals.
