No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I was really suprised I got approved for the OCCU card, due to the fact I have less than 6 months credit history, and not enough history to generate a fico score.
However, I have not been able to use the card, and their attitude the current card situation is making me thinking about closing them.
Is there any other card companies out there that one might have a chance getting an unsecured credit card with, with no fico score? I'm not looking for anything special or a large CL.

(yes I've been reading the thread, but they gave you a chance when no one else did. Wait to see what happens (pretty sure they're reviewing accounts) and then consider the options.

Just my .02
Fedral Credit Union , can give you a card with lowest APR.
Do you mean Navy Federal? I don't meet their elgilibty requirements.
What is going on with Duck Cards?
There is a 20 page thread about it.
Their customer service really has me on the fence. Two reps told me just a couple days, then one rep says anything you heard them say was false, then one rep says "Monday, tops", then another says "We don't really know".
I don't appreciate being lied to.
I don't mind if they told me they really don't know, but to lie and saying it will be a couple of days, when it wasn't, really rubs me the wrong way.

well at this point you don't even have a fico still so it isn't hurting you and certainly won't do you any good to close it.... it's annoying as can be but you got it now and once it is straightened out they might be your BEST credit card in a very short time down the road so you my as well just stick it on the back burner and wait for the letter that it's resolved and don't even think about it (I know I'm not good at it either BUT) don't cut off your nose to spite your face as my father always said... you took the hp to get it and it's reporting so you took the AA hit... now let it help you once they sort it out and I guess I will go look up this thread because as far as I know my partners card has not been effected.
If they do close the account (worst case scen), will it still report since I was never able to use it?

yes it will report.
it will report as a brand new account but current status is closed.
like many people have said many times.......you need to just sit tight and not do anything for 6 months or so. The more you do now, the worse it's going to be for you.
You just seem to be repeating the whole process of getting your credit ruined again. Based on your last thread, you need to do something about your income and stop using credit cards to fund your daily and moving expenses.
If it reports as closed, will it's CL increase my ratio, or not?
