Asked for a CLI on my First Niagara CC last week, as it was my lowest limit. "No Sir it wouldn't be a hard pull", well guess what someone got there wires crossed as I now have a new hard pull (@ least on EX). Score jumped big on FACO, but IM waiting for DCU to report FICO next week. I have 4 inquiry's that are still within the 12 month range now, Now that I'm going back to seedling, do I app for CSP and BOA now which I was waiting for next spring to do? Or do it now?
Thanks~

Call back and speak with a supervisor. Have the recording of the previous call pulled and force them to retract the credit INQ.

Great idea! Ill try It and get let you guys know the result.
Called, was on hold for 20min, supervisor came on and said that they were going to pull the call, and would get back to me. Thanks! I guess I won't change the spade to seedling until I hear back from them.

Hope it works, but remember to always expect a HP, but be happe when it is a SP. Most CSR's don't know the difference.
Supervisor called back, apologized for the mix up, said he would contact the credit analyst to see if it can be retracted.
He said he would personally call me back after the decision.
Supervisor called back, to pull the inquiry they have to pull the CLI. I told them Id keep the CLI but NEVER again ask for a CLI...
Read that wrong. Sounds like either keep the HP and CLI, or pull the HP and CLI (get a CLD back to what it was before).
Either way, that stinks. What was the original and new limit?
