Authorized User Issue~Chase's fault or do we file dispute with CRAs?

In early March, my wife removed me as authorized user on her Chase card. It had a $10,000 balance, and was hurting my credit score. It has since been paid down to $4,000. The problem is, evidently Chase didn't report this to CRAs. As of today, both TU and EQ on my reports show that Chase hasn't reported since Feb, and still show a $10K balance and me as AU.  As of mid-May, my EX shows Chase reporting in April with a $4K balance, but still shows me as AU. My wife called Chase a couple weeks ago, and they said it takes a "couple of months" for it to show on my reports. Yet Chase has been reporting to my wife's reports in April and May. How to resolve this, through Chase, or CRAs? If through Chase, is there a phone number other than regular customer service?

Ive had this issue, you can be added as an AU again and the info will be updated (what I did). Or, dispute it with the CRA saying the balance is incorrect or dispute it saying its not yours and have it removed.
