Do any credit card companies report all of the primary card holders history on authorized users credit bureaus? Or do they all only start with the history for that card once the authorized user is added and the cards new history from that time?
The point of an authorized user account is to transfer account history to the user. It was designed so stay at home wives would have something to start with rather than nothing.

The entire history of that account would reflect on the AU credit report!
Yes, the authorized user's report would include all the same info as the primary card holder, age, payment history, etc..

The easier answer to this is that as long as anti-abuse algorithms are not triggered with the reporting bureau (for example, they believe you may be selling AU accounts), all issuers with the exception of American Express (who report exactly as you stated post-2015, as if the account were opened the day the AU was added) report the complete account history. Outside of Amex I am not aware of other issuers who report differently.
