Auto Amex APR Reduction

I recently downgraded my BCP to BCE, and I noticed when I got the new paperwork that the APR was significantly lower than I remembered. So I went back to check, and it turns out Amex had dropped my APR back in November without me noticing. A pretty significant drop to boot: 20.99 to 16.99!
