Your statement will cut sometime before March 18.  There will be plenty of time to pay by March 16. Also, the website will show by that window.  This time is for setting up the account.  Take your time and read all you can from these forums to keep a wandering mind from making mistakes.

If you simply pay the shown statement balance every month you will never have interest, you'll just lose the huge grace period benefit. if it is a daily driver card you're not going to worry about that anyway, especially if you like to give them two payments a month. Capital One quicksilver is a great card to pay bills online with and since you know the bill amounts all the time, toss them a payment estimating all your bills and then just sweep up what's left over on reported statement.
