I was browsing through the Credit Card forums, just reading new post, and came along one about amazon store card and their CLI. I shop at Amazon pretty often, usually for myself or for family and relatives and they just give me the money and i put it on my card. I never thought about apply for credit from them due to my low score. But after i paid off one of 2 collections i decided to apply. Approved! for $600. great way to start. I didn't apply for the Visa cause i felt i was not ready for it just yet. =] great day today.

Congrats! Are you currently a student?
Congrats! I got approved for the Amazon Visa yesterday with $40 gift certificate.
Congrats Mate!
Enjoy it! I have it, the financing deals are pretty sweet, though I've yet to take advantage of them. It's always good to have one GEMB store card on the profile. They grow quite nicely.
yea i'm currently a student working as a temp for this electronic/computer warehouse. the store card was definitely easier to get than the visa.

How do you know the store card is easier to get approved for when you said you didn't apply for the Visa?
