B.O.A. CLI question

Does Bank of America counter on CLI's. I'm thinking of asking for increase, if I ask to high will they counter offer or just decline request?

I have two BOA cards and each time I put in for a CLI to a specific amount (usually in increments of $5K to $8K), they either approved or went under review with an ultimate response back that they thought I had enough credit with them at the time.  Both cards are now sitting at $25K CL each.

yes HP TU, I had $5k asked for 20k, got countered with 11.6k now the thing with boa is that they use the same HP for 30 days, I called back at day 28, asked for them to look at my request again and use the same HP which they did, I said that I really wanted $20k, she said she will see what she can do, came back with $14k using the same HP, that is something to keep in mind.
