B&H Payboo Card - from Comenity

for background, this card is good for 2 things

1. when ordering through B&H Photo with this card - they will pay your Sales Tax - in my case 8%

2. 6 month zero financing available all the time through B&H

i got a notice of a new message today - check this update....WOW. just WOW - i have personally never seen an APR that high before

No sales tax is pretty good. 8.25% tax here, so 7.62% savings.

APR is terrible but if you don't carry a balance it's not a problem. I think my Cap1 QS APR isn't much better than that.

i am used to seeing 29.9% for my Cap1 as well

this just takes it to a whole new level 

i only use this one for the 6 month no interest deals - so i do not carry a balance at the APR 

it is just such a crazy number to me

I actually just got it last week. It's my daughters high school graduation and she wanted a nice camera after taking a photography class. I got 1 year interest free financing ( or the choice of no sales tax)...It's nice to have credit again thanks to this place! Bought a car and a camera this month...(on credit of course...lol)

Pretty sure we'll see some creditors north of 40% APR soon, given that many are over 30% such as this / Comenity
