I just thought I would share with everyone that has a BB&T card that I got my cash back from them due to their COVID-19 response. It was unlimited 5% back at grocery stores and pharmacy up until April 30th (I believe it started in March). Anyway, I got my bonus credit to my actual account (not my cash back balance) even though I have the Spectrum Cash Back card. If anyone else has any BB&T cards, you might want to check your accounts and see if they credited your bonus. Apparently, they offered this benefit to all cardholder, not just rewards cardholders. I believe this also applied to SunTrust cardholders, but don't quote me on that! I am very thankful for them doing this during those months because I spent a lot more on groceries and phramcy during those two months than I usually do. Thank you BB&T/Truist!
