Nothing but headaches since I've had this card. Was approved for ClearPoints Visa last month for $6,000. APR is ok at 18.99%, considering their APR goes up to 30%! The issues I have is with their website and telephone customer service. Slowwww loading website, and down half the time. I am unable to make a payment online. Get an error every time. Tried using Safari and Chrome browsers, as well as the mobile app. Trouble ticket started on 11-1. Haven't heard back. Every time I call customer service, there is at least a 15-20 min wait to speak with a live person. They always blame the long hold times on storms, etc.! Ridiculous! No chat option available. I have other cards with much higher limits and better rewards. I will most likely cancel this card, as I was just approved for HSBC Gold Mastercard with 18 months no interest on purchases and balance transfers, 15.99% APR afterwards.
Anyone else not so happy with BBVA? I know they are sending out mass mailings to try and market U.S. customers, as a matter of fact, I just got the same pre approved offer yesterday...lol. They really need to get their poop together!
Sorry to hear that. I keep getting pre-approved mailers for BBVA and I keep throwing them away. Looks like I won't be changing that habit.
uh.. you might not want hsbc either.. i just closed both of mine - you cannot make a payment on the mobile app and you can only make a payment out of a checking account that has your name on it and you have to prove it...
Ugh! Lol! They must be evil cousins. Getting into the HSBC mobile app with all the verifications was worse than getting hit in the head with a hammer..haha. Also, when I upgraded my iphone, I had to go through the grueling process yet again! FML...
Never thought I would say this, but Capital One has been the best to me, and they have a very intuitive website and mobile app. My credit union is also awesome.

Praise the almighty! Another of his children has seen the light!
BBVA..any bank name that begins with at least 3 consonants denotes pure confusion!
Thanks for weighing in and sharing. Although i personally have not had a single issue with them, it does raise some concern when multiple cardholders or/and the former have or are having serious issues like that.
FWIW i always mail in my BBVA payments because being a trucker i monitor transport channels like a hawk for years and know the extent - limitations of ground-air transport and timeline expectations and so far nothing bad on this end.
The card always is done as expected but like i said thanks and will keep a watch from others who might share any issues they pitch in to share in this forum.
AMEN! LMAO!

No problem! The rewards and cards aren't bad themselves, as long as you don't need to call or go online, you'll be fine. Lol.
