I've yet to have the website lock me out, but I do agree that their website seems like it was designed on a Commodore CBM and their CSR's remind me of Forrest Gump.

While the website had you locked out, did you try using the app at all before calling in?

No, I never downloaded the app. The error messages varied and were confusing. I never knew if I had typed in the wrong password or if something else was going on. 

Of the eleven accounts I have, this is the only one that's ever caused me such a problem.
