Yep. You may want to call to see what your options are. Something similar happened to me with BB&T and they forced me to get a new card 😡.  Ask them if it'll be a new tradeline, though. And, lock the card in the online portal.

...I updated my address and it's showing as updated on one part of the site, but not on one part. The rep said that it could take up to 3 biz days, so it should be updated. Anyone else have issues updating your info?

I won't bother calling since online it still shows it's not been activated yet. If in Feb I see people getting SP Cli I'll deal with it then. If I don't see anyone from our group getting an increase I'll just leave it be until it's closed. I check the app daily to make sure no fraud so no worries there.

I know a lot of us (myself included) have pop-poo'd the PNC Points cards, but I did utilize a couple of targeted offers on both of our cards. I used the 40 points per dollar offer at Ace Hardware for some business spend. I used the cards for normal organic spend (meaning I didn't attempt to max anything out). I ended up earning 2628 points for spending $65.70 between the 2 cards, and I redeemed the points for $6.57 which is 10% cash back. It's nothing groundbreaking, but we'll use the cards if it is beneficial to do so.

DW will most likely use hers at Kohl's for Black Friday shopping this weekend.

Never activated my card either. No plans on using this thing. Just haven't closed it yet because of the Utilization. Has anyone gotten a cli

Funny that I was searching the board about an hr ago to see if there's been a change to PNC's policy to not give former BBVA customers a CLI until after 02/15 (that's discussed here https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/BBVA-PNC-CLI-data-points-amp-other-transition-tips/m-p...). You can apply for a CLI to see if you get the same verbiage.
