I'm trying to keep from freaking out. I was approved for both ClearPoints and Rewards last November, then again last week. I received and activated both over the weekend, and used the new ClearPoints at Home Depot yesterday (<$50) to see how it codes. Today none of them are showing in my account. I know BBVA was just acquired by PNC but it seems too soon for any type of migration effort. Is it just me?
Mine aren't showing either. I have found BBVA to have the most issues with their website. I wouldn't stress it.
I wouldn't stress or freak out about it OP. Mine are displayed on the app, but it seems to be taking longer than usual on PC to refresh. It's possible they're experiencing intermittent system issues.

I've been having issues with the android app since the last update they did. It seems to get stuck when I first open it. I have to go in and force stop it and open it again to get it even to the sign in screen. The desktop app seems it's normal quirky self on my end.
I still don't see my CC online either under Accounts or Summary but I can see the card and its recent transactions, including the details for any given transaction if I choose, under Financial Tools.
I called. Known issue. They are working on it. Should be fixed today. Nothing to do with sale to PNC.
Yep, this is a known issue. It's impacting me both on web and the Android app.
