Their was an Equifax disclosure, I went on the website to obtain the free credit file. After entering in my information this message came up

I apologize in advance for my ignorance as I have only had credit since June of this year and I am still learning, What causes both of these messages and how do i go about fixing them? Thank you for any help or advice you may have for me. I can surely use it.
Does the billing/shipping info you entered for the purchase you want to use them for match your Equifax report? In my experience when applying for credit during checkout of any sort they want the addresses to match your credit report. Did they do a hard pull?
No hard pull was done. I tried to get my credit reports from here, but I have to wait till my cards hit 6 months to get a credit report. Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate it!
I can't get my Equifax report for unknown reasons... Equifax doesn't even know why yet. Something must be up.

I have two year of credit and Equifax does the same to me with online reports. I've got bored of trying to reach them over phone, so I just order my reports through mail. One of these days I need to seriously sit down and get it sorted.
If you think you may have taken a hard inquiry, you can obtain your CR. When Equifax shows such a message, what you can do is to print their page and attach it to 2 supporting docs (photocopy of DL, proof of SSN such as W2 or paystub etc) and mail it to their Georgia PO Box.
