Do your BoA Visa and the BoA Amex offer have the same rewards, or is one better? I thought you could generally call BoA up and request a product change if it was an eligible card. If the rewards and the fees are the same, I'd just keep the Visa, but if the rewards are better on the Amex, then switch.
