BOA Mid-Cycle Reporting ISSUE

Hi, so I have tried the following to get BOA to report my 2 accounts mid-cycle:

1) Product change upgrade on my MC (account # actually changed)

2) Credit limit increase approved from 7,000 to 10,000 on my Visa

3) Updated address, phone#, and added work ph# to both accounts

4) Requested mid-cycle reporting via online chat

5) Called customer service and requested mid-cycle reporting

RESULTS (in case anyone was wondering):  NO mid-cycle reporting from BOA.  According to the CSR, they will only snail-mail a letter stating that account has a zero balance.  That is all they are stating that they can (or will) do.

Hm! That has never been my experience with BOA. Might I suggest you try calling them again to request a mid-cycle report to CRAs. Results vary among CSR. Good luck!

SOGGIE, can you tell me the verbage that you used with them?  Was it fairly recent??

I told them that my account was not reporting the current balance info on my credit reports and that I'm requesting a mid-cycle report to the credit bureaus to reflect my updated balance.
