Members that have had a BOA sign-up bonus what has been your experience with the time it takes to receive it?
I have a Spend 1000 dollars in 90 days and receive 200 dollars (Unlimited Cash Rewards credit card).
BOA says it takes up to 12 weeks or so to receive it (Allow 8-12 weeks from qualifying for the bonus cash rewards to post to your rewards balance ).
So far my experience with sign-up and referral bonuses Cap1, Disco, NFCU etc is they are received almost immediately after completing the qualifications even though the language always states much longer.
I was wondering if BOA bonuses are received rather quickly too or do they actually take that long to post.
I'm working from memory but I believe my bonus was paid out within 2 weeks.

@Bill77 Hope your memory serves you correctly. 2 weeks is not a bad wait time wayyyy better than 12 weeks.
Already spent 500 and paid it off so if I spend another 500 and they credit the 200 I will only have to pay 300 to zero the balance instead of 500. That's what I'm aiming for.
When I was offered a bonus for doing a product change last year, it was paid when my statement closed that contained the final charges that met the requirement. I want to say that was the case for previous cards as well.
I agree with @K-in-Boston here. I actually just went back and checked with my Unlimited Cash Rewards card I opened last year... I checked my rewards tab and looked at my statements.
I hit my spend requirement on 3/14/2022 and my $200 bonus was in my rewards activity on 3/15/2022. It was pending, just like all activity - it was accessible when that March statement cut.
As always, YMMV . I hope this helps. Cheers!

My experience was similar to @K-in-Boston @Cashbackjunky as well. Once I hit the sign up bonus for both of my cards, the SUB amount showed as pending in my rewards and then were paid out once my statement closed.
B of A in my op is slow with direct deposit, transactions on cards. That being said I received my $300 bonus within a week of hitting my limit. If you know your getting it, who cares when it hits your account?
