BOA Visa siggy reporting CL

So, back in July, I had a credit analyst submit a request that my alaska airlines card be upgraded to a visa siggy after I did a CLI from 2000 to 6000. Finally I got my card on Friday, and the account number change has also been reflected on all credit bureaus. What's interesting, is that it's reporting the CL on EX and TU, but only the high credit is reporting as the "limit" on EQ, which is usually the norm for a BOA visa siggy. Just thought I'd share that info, because it's been known that BOA never reports the credit limit to any CRA on siggy cards.

Oh wow. I'm going to be app'ing for this card next year. This is good to know.

I wonder if your credit limits are reporting because it wasn't originally a Visa signature card. Or if this is just now the standard.

Curious to hear others chime in…

Re: BOA Visa siggy reporting CL

I still dont understand how this will affect or not utilization overall.

I just got 2 boa vissa siggys (Cash Rewards and the Alaska), altought they reported open the very next day it was approved, they still show 0 but no CLin any of the three CRA

as they do not report a CL but they do report a balance.

will those balance count against my overall utilization, hurting me at cause of the CL not being reported and showing my utilization in the card as 100%?

eve as my Balance will 100 and high limit 100?

How this works?

Amex PRG NPSL, Amex Delta 2k (AU) Discover iT 5k, BOFA Siggy $5k, BOFA AlaskaAir Siggy 5k, BBVA Compass $5k! Macy's $4.5k, C1 $2.5, SFCU $2.5k, SFCU LOC $2k, Paypal SmartC $4k, Sam's 5.5k Victoria Secret $2k, Kay's $1.7k.,76/Citi $1.5k Amazon $5k, Walmart Disco $3k JC Penny $4k, C1 $2.5, BBRZ 700.

Great question - when I read your post, I also wondered about it showing a 100% util
