Is it possible to product change from BOA 123 to Alaska airlines visa? I know they offer a reg Alaska airlines visa (for not so good credit) and a Alaska airlines visa sig.
There's 3 different versions of Alaska Visa's. The Visa Sig (highest), The platinum Visa (middle tier), and the lowest one (don't know the name).
I've been told by MANY CSRs that it is possible. Then when it came to actually confirming, they said "sorry, it turns out we can't do it". I then PCd into an Travel Rewards card. Let us know what happens. You can try it via online chat if you hate calling (like i do).

I don't know whether it's possible or not; however, if you are interested in getting the 25k sign-up bonus, you will not be able to when doing a product change. So if that's important to you, you will have to go through the app process.

Yes, make sure you're okay with not getting the Bonus first, then if you're okay with that, then go for the PC. I couldn't afford a HP for the life of me, so I had to try to PC.
Any BOA partner cards (e.g. Asiana, Alaska Arilines, Virgin Atlantic, etc.) cannot be PC'd into the Cash Rewars/Better Balance Rewards versions and viceversa. The Cash Rewards product family can be interchangeable such as going from the standard Cash Rewards to the WWF, MLB, Susan G. Komen or any alumni association cards within the Cash Rewards option. The only exception to the CR PC, it cannot be PC'd into the Privileges Cash Rewards (PC policy changed earlier in 2013).

OP, this is true, but i suggest you go online chat and ask anyway, or call. I am curious to what they say....
