I have a Best Buy card with 10000.- limit . I  need to do a 8000.- BT . It is better to use 2 cards or would be okay only on  one card.

I think I was reading not using more than 80% from your card

If you are going to make some decent payments, no problem. When you exceed 89% of CL is when you get a big Fico score hit.
